15Five is a leading performance management software company that provides various innovative solutions to help increase employee engagement, performance, and retention. The challenge faced by 15Five was that their primary design team was underresourced and unable to generate quality content at pace with the company's growth. They also needed a more robust and user-friendly creative request flow.
I collaborated with the Senior Director of Marketing to complete large creative projects, including launching a new event website for Thrive, designing client training materials, and developing tradeshow materials and booth designs. I also helped the creative lead expand the visual direction of brand materials, including ad campaigns, emails, website components, and promotional items. In addition, I provided suggestions and improvements to their creative workflow using my previous experience as a Creative Director and working with various project management tools.
Since I've worked with 15Five, we have grown the brand design language and launched several successful initiatives. Including the Thrive conference, Transform training materials and decks, and an overall improvement in 15Five's marketing efforts focused on creating dynamic brand collateral emphasizing employee engagement and high performance.
